Mumaris+ Returned or Rejected? SSIMS Handles Your SCFHS Case End to End

Know your status

Returned and Rejected Are Not the Same

The status on your application decides what happens next. Reading it correctly is the first step to saving your case.

RRETURNED

Your case is still open

Mumaris+ needs additional documents from you before it can make a decision. Once the right documents are provided, the application can move forward.

  • Additional documents have been requested
  • The case has not been decided yet
  • Handled well, it does not have to become a rejection
VS
XREJECTED

The case itself is rejected

A rejection usually follows wrong or misused uploads, requested documents that were not provided, or details entered without checking them accurately against the documents.

  • The rejection reason has to be studied first
  • The next step depends on that reason
  • Our team advises before anything is submitted again
Where cases go wrong

What Our Team Checks in Every Mumaris+ File

Most problems start before the application is even submitted. These are the areas the SSIMS team reviews first.

01
The right SCFHS service

SCFHS has separate services, including Professional Classification, Re-Classification, Professional Registration, Qualification Study and Certificate Recognition. A qualification that is not listed in Mumaris+ needs a Qualification Study first.

02
Documents that agree

Your qualification, academic records, licence and experience documents have to agree with each other and with your passport. For foreign qualifications, SCFHS needs the verification result from its approved verification company.

03
Employment and experience letters

For Professional Classification, SCFHS asks for an employment identification letter issued within three months before you apply, showing your specialty, professional category and start date. For Re-Classification, experience letters need start and end dates.

04
Breaks from practice

A break from practice of more than two years can bring extra requirements before classification. The right route depends on your history, so our team checks it before you apply.

FAQ

Mumaris+ Questions, Answered

What is the difference between returned and rejected in Mumaris+?
Returned means Mumaris+ needs additional documents from you before it can decide, so the case is still open. Rejected means the case itself has been rejected, usually because documents were uploaded wrongly or misused, requested documents were not provided, or details were not checked accurately against the documents.
Why is my Mumaris+ application returned?
An application is returned when Mumaris+ needs additional documents before a decision can be made. The SSIMS Mumaris+ team reviews what was asked for, prepares the right documents with you and processes the case forward.
Can a rejected Mumaris+ case be taken forward?
It depends on the reason for the rejection. The SSIMS team studies the rejection reason in your file first, then advises the next step for your case.
My Mumaris+ OTP is not coming. Who can help?
Share the details of the problem with the SSIMS specialist assigned to your case. Our team checks the issue and then asks for any documents needed. SSIMS never asks for your OTP, password, full card number or CVV.
My payment failed on Mumaris+. What should I do?
Share the payment date, the payment method and the transaction reference with your assigned SSIMS specialist. Do not share your full card number, CVV or any OTP. Our team checks the case and guides the next step.
Which SCFHS service should I apply for?
SCFHS offers separate services through Mumaris Plus, including Professional Classification, Professional Re-Classification, Professional Registration, Qualification Study and Certificate Recognition. A qualification that is not listed in Mumaris+ needs a Qualification Study first. The SSIMS team checks your profile and chooses the right service before you apply.
